You are a senior manager of a microchip manufacturing company. Recently, your organization decided to have the research and development team share tools they used to develop new products with the manufacturing team that uses the tools to create microchips to sell. Having to share the tools makes it hard for both teams to accomplish their own goals. As a result, they are experiencing a lot of conflict between the two teams. Both groups have specific goals they have to meet and those individual goals seem to be interfering with the organization's goals and "the big picture". Can you help get the two groups to work together to meet the organization's goals?
